3Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the website and our communication, and only as far as needed:

  • LH.pl Sp. z o.o. (Poznań, Poland) — website hosting;
  • our e-mail service provider — handling the mailbox office@ponad-pionem.pl;
  • Usercentrics A/S (Copenhagen, Denmark) — Cookiebot, the cookie consent tool;
  • Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland) — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4;
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland) — Meta Pixel, Facebook and Instagram;
  • LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Dublin, Ireland) — our LinkedIn page;
  • companies that maintain the website technically, and our accounting and legal advisers — when they need the data to do their job.

Joint controllership. For data collected with Meta Pixel and passed to Meta, we are joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. The same applies to the statistics of our Facebook page (Meta) and our LinkedIn page (LinkedIn). In each case the platform is responsible for handling your rights on its side; you can also contact us. Everything that happens after the data reaches the platform is governed by its own privacy policy: Meta, LinkedIn, Google.

External links. “Get directions” opens Google Maps, and some event cards link to other websites (e.g. Night of Skyscrapers). We do not embed these services on our pages — they only receive your data once you click the link, under their own rules.

4Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google, Meta and LinkedIn may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies) and on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission.

5Your rights

  • access to your data and a copy of it;
  • rectification of inaccurate data;
  • erasure (“the right to be forgotten”);
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability — for data processed on the basis of consent or a contract;
  • objection to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • withdrawal of consent at any time (Cookie preferences link), without affecting processing that took place before.

To use any of these rights, write to office@ponad-pionem.pl. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

6Is giving data required?

No. You can browse the website without giving us any data and without agreeing to statistics or advertising cookies. If you write or call, we need a way to reply — without it we cannot answer or prepare an offer.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means that would have legal or similarly significant effects. Meta may use Pixel data to decide which ads to show you — only if you have agreed to it.

7Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the website or our tools change — for example when table bookings, tickets or a newsletter are introduced. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
